Services and Fees
My approach is grounded in the principles of RTT®, but I offer a personal, tailored session that’s unique to you. I will support you through the process in a supportive, safe and compassionate way.
During our session, I’ll guide you through a relaxing, meditative state that will help uncover beliefs, thoughts and feelings that have become entrenched in your subconscious. The sensation is akin to being on the cusp of sleep. You’ll remain fully in control and aware of your surroundings throughout, while feeling completely at ease.
The multi-faceted approach of RTT® allows for genuine, holistic healing, where issues aren’t simply managed, but resolved, creating lasting shifts in emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.
From my own experience, both as an RTT® client and now as a therapist, much of the change happens within the session itself.
You’ll also receive a recording to listen to daily for at least 3 weeks, helping those new ways of thinking take hold.
Unlike traditional therapy, where you pay for each appointment individually, RTT® is offered as a complete package.
Your investment of £300 includes:

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy®/What should I expect during a RTT® session?
RTT® is a blended therapeutic approach that uses elements of hypnotherapy and talking therapies, such as CBT and psychotherapy.
The RTT® method was created by Marisa Peer, who developed the solution-oriented approach to help people gain clarity on why and when an issue started, to help clients move forward.
In a session, expect to be guided into a calm, focused state where I ask you gentle, purposeful questions. There is no expectation to have the “right” answers, just an openness to see what comes up.
Is Rapid Transformational Therapy® safe?
Yes, RTT® is a safe, well-established approach when it’s practised by a trained, professional therapist or practitioner.
Throughout a session you’ll remain fully conscious and in control at all times. It’s recommended to choose a qualified therapist you feel comfortable with - and that's exactly what our initial consultation helps you determine.
How long does the change from RTT® last and when will I notice it?
RTT® aims to deliver lasting change by addressing the root cause at the subconscious level, forming new neural pathways reprogramming the subconscious mind. The rate of change is different for everyone, and change tends to show up in one of a few ways:
What does hypnosis feel like?
During hypnosis you will feel deeply relaxed and free of all distractions. You remain fully conscious but your state of awareness is altered, much like when you’re drifting off to sleep.
Will I lose control during hypnosis?
No, you will remain fully conscious and in control throughout the session. You will be able to hear everything, remember everything and you can stop or pause at any point if you need to.
How is Rapid Transformational Therapy® different from conventional hypnotherapy?
Conventional hypnotherapy is generally used for relaxation, using guided imagery and positive suggestions to help shift habits or manage symptoms. Hypnotherapy also requires a much longer course of regular sessions.
RTT® aims to find and resolve the root cause of an issue directly, which is often why people see change more quickly.
Is Rapid Transformational Therapy® suitable for everyone?
No, RTT® is not recommended for people with:
If you have a serious mental-health condition or are under psychiatric care, consult your GP before booking in with me.
How many sessions of RTT® will I need?
This varies from person to person, and there’s no one-size-fits all answer. Many clients begin to notice a shift after one session, while others may find that working through an issue takes three sessions or more. We’ll regularly check in, so you always know how things are progressing and there’s no obligation to book beyond what feels useful to you.
Please note that RTT® can only work on one issue at a time. If you have more than one issue, these will need separate sessions.
How long does a session last?
An RTT® session will usually run for 2 hours. There needs to be adequate time to properly explore the root cause of an issue and complete the hypnosis process at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
Can I have RTT® online?
Yes, RTT® is just as effective on video call as it is in person. Having RTT® via Teams will allow you to experience the benefits from the comfort of your own home.
I offer Rapid Transformational Therapy® in Surbiton and online via Teams.
Is RTT® evidence based?
Yes. RTT® is founded on years of neuroscience research and proven principles of hypnotherapy, CBT and NLP.
Do I need to prepare anything for my RTT® session?
No, but it will help if you come with an open mind and clear intention of what you’d like to work through and overcome. If you’re not sure how to put that into words just yet, we can explore it together at the start of the session
What happens after the session?
You’ll receive a personalised recording based on your session, and you’ll listen to it daily for around three weeks (or the period of time in between sessions). This helps embed the new patterns of thinking long after you’ve left the room.
