About Me

My Approach

Alongside a corporate career, I have always had a deep interest in personal development and have explored different ways of understanding my own past and experiences. This interest eventually led me to study Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Clinical Hypnotherapy, where I discovered I could support people in a way that had a real, meaningful impact on their lives.

I came to RTT® as a client before I trained in it. What changed things for me with RTT® wasn’t more talking, but finally getting underneath the problem to where it had started. That shift, from understanding something to genuinely feeling different about it, is what convinced me this was what I wanted to do for others. I want everyone to experience true freedom, to be unburdened by the past, and no longer held back by negative thinking.

Working through my own experiences with RTT® has had a genuine, lasting impact on how I think and feel. I’m still on my journey, continuing to build healthier patterns of thinking, which keeps me grounded in what my clients are going through.

I was fortunate to complete part of my training with Marisa Peer, the founder of RTT®. Practicing alongside her gave me a much deeper understanding of the methodology, and real insights into the intention behind it.

Each session draws on the foundations of RTT®, but is shaped around you and your unique story. If this feels like the kind of change you’re ready for, I’d love to hear from you.

Be More Poppy

Poppies are symbols of regrowth, resilience and peace. They remind us that even amid times of great turmoil and hardship, there is always hope to be found and renewal is always possible.

In ancient Greece, the poppy was associated with the god Hypnos. The term “hypnos” means sleep in Greek and is where the term hypnotherapy comes from.

I am drawn to poppies because of their beauty and representation of rebirth, which is why they are the symbol of my practice.

I have seen the embodiment of the poppy through my rescue cat (appropriately named Poppy) who has embraced life to the fullest after experiencing a difficult beginning.

I believe we are all capable of being more like Poppy; working through our struggles to embrace life on the other side.
